Every Friday morning, from 9 to 10, we offer our guests a free HATA YOGA class. This ancient practice, known for its numerous physical and mental benefits, will help you start the day with energy and serenity. Yoga improves flexibility, strengthens muscles, promotes blood circulation, and helps maintain correct posture. Additionally, deep and mindful breathing reduces stress and anxiety, promoting a state of relaxation and mental clarity.
Our classes take place in suggestive environments: you can practice yoga in the greenery of our garden, by the pool with the view of calm water, or in our spa for an even more relaxing experience.
